G skopje mall

G skopje mall is a groundbreaking commercial center. In the city`s first modern building project of such large scale, it will introduce into Skopje a new standard in shopping and commerce. This flagship project and the first of its kind in Macedonia`s capital will cover an area of 42,000 sqm and will consist of 75,000 sqm of built space (32,000 sqm of GLA). In addition, the project will include two office towers consisting of 15,000 sqm each. The mall will house international and local fashion brands, leading hypermarket chains as well as DIY retailers. Visitors to this an all-in-one shopping and entertainment center, will also enjoy the presence of cinemas, a spa and a health club.

The project will include 1,600 parking places.

G skopje mall is designed to offer a total shopping and entertainment experience. The complex will feature impressively designed spacious walkways to ensure easy movement throughout the mall and from floor to floor. The space will be flooded with natural light and will offer escalators and elevators, some of them transparent, enabling a bird`s-eye view of the beautiful design of the mall. The shops will be well-lit and spacious with large entrances for easy access and flow of shoppers. Transfer from the parking areas to commercial areas will be clearly marked and designed for convenience.
